Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster and Declan Kelly, U.S. Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland travelled to California's Silicon Valley to promote Northern Ireland as an investment location. During the four-day visit, they met with key business influencers and companies to reinforce the Northern Ireland proposition.
